France).
It should be remembered that the current
tires contain additives making them slightly conducting, thus ensuring the
regular flow of the static heads acquired by the body because of the friction
of the air . It is followed from there:

course) only by the loads developed by the stormy phenomena - thousands or
million times more intense! - that they
will meet or cross.
